The card says; ‘The birth flower of November, peonies represent prosperity, good fortune, and happiness. They are also associated with love, romance, and compassion. In some cultures, peonies are believed to bring protection and ward off evil spirits.

Peonies have a long and rich history in Asia, first appearing around 700 AD. They also feature prominently in Greek mythology, associated with the God of Medicine, Asclepius. November’s birth flower indeed has medicinal qualities, used for stomach pain, headache, asthma, and insomnia.’
