How and where are your products made?
All of the products are illustrated by me, Angela in South Yorkshire, using a mixture of illustrative techniques. Mostly the designs are hand-painted in watercolour & inks and then scanned and digitised. Sometimes I use collage and mono prints to create the designs too before they are scanned and edited.

All of the products are made in the UK, the relationships I have with my suppliers is so important so that I know our products are luxurious and the best the can absolutely be.

All of the paper products are printed onto luxury, FSC accredited stocks, all envelopes and gift boxes are eco friendly too.

The product I would like to buy is out of stock, what should I do?
Please get in touch on email hello@maryshousedesigns.com and let me know what you would like, I can then notify you of a date I am expecting the item to return back into stock.

How long do you take to dispatch my order?
I aim to dispatch your orders from our studio within 3-5 working days. I will do everything I can to get them on their way to you as soon as possible.

What postal service do you use?

The standard service for posting your products is Royal Mail. This is because they offer the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel of any major UK delivery company and they deliver letters too (so your card orders can be posted easily!). The vast majority of deliveries are posted using 2nd class post, but get in touch if you need something sooner and I’ll see what I can do!

Do you offer a wholesale service?
Yes! If you are a retailer interested in stocking my products please get in touch. Email me, Angela, on hello@maryshousedesigns.com and I can set you up a login on our wholesale website.
